Project

Stuttgart Rosenstein is the largest urban development project to be realised in the City of Stuttgart in the near future. A total of around 85 hectares of planning area will become available for urban expansion.

Three quarters shall be developed: Europaquartier, Rosensteinquartier as well as Maker City. The Gleisbogenpark links the quarters with one another like a green ribbon throughout the district and bringing the surrounding neighbourhoods together.

This urban development concept comes from the framework plan that is the basis for the further development of Stuttgart Rosenstein.
